I called and spoke with Mr. Collins today, simply asking when I could possibly reapply for a loan since my chapter 7 has been discharged. He rudely said “6 months” before quickly hanging up. It’s not what you say but how you say it. I’ve been a customer at this branch for months and wanted to come back just to work with Mr. Collins and Dee because they’re both awesome. However after today’s phone call, I will probably consider a different branch."
