You also get free benefits when you take a loan out through them (free towing with the car club comes in VERY handy!). "Sara from heritage in Columbia seemed to think it was funny when I requested some form of proof of a paid in full email or something to show my loan was paid in full. She said typically we don’t do that and continued to laugh. She then said she could mail something but it will take up to 21 days. I paid my loan off. I would like proof of that. I don’t think that’s much to ask and I think it’s very unprofessional that I was laughed at for requesting that. I’ll never do business with them again because of how she just treated me today."
