"Was verbally assaulted and almost physically assaulted by the so called "manager" Lavita. I have called corporate and will be filing a police report. The way she treated me brought me to tears and affected my PTSD. Her unprofessionalism was beyond disbelief. If this is not handled appropriately I will be seeking legal action."

"Today I stopped at this store in hopes of buying the pictured figure for my sons. I had one already, but needed a second as I have twins. Well, I went into the store and had located one and I went to the store cashier to purchase and he informed me that it would be 27 bucks I showed him the receipt from a store 2 miles away where I had purchased one for 2.49. He said he would have to call the store manager (nothing against the staff as they were as professional and nice as could be actually that guy needs another raise and a higher position for going out his way to try and help me). Well, the store manager informed him that he couldn’t match the price which was Walgreens price so I couldn’t purchase it for the 2.49. So if you can’t match your own stores price then I have decided to pull all of my families pharmacy scripts from Walgreens as we spend near 4grand a month on medication. I will be transferring my scripts first thing Monday to Walmart, Kroger, or another company that can honor their own price. Once again the staff was great, but if a store manager is going to disregard their own price for which this price is all over the country then your company doesn’t deserve mine or my families business. Now I must decide if I want to add this to my YouTube channel and call out Rivergate Walgreens as I was recording this entire event. Sorry Walgreens you lost a customer for life."

"Simply trying to get my medication refilled. I called today Wednesday April 27th 2021 at 12:45pm. Someone answered and asked for a lot of my information EVEN MY ADDRESS. Kept asking me to repeat myself. Put me on hold, came back to the phone asked if I was still there, put me back on hold. Comes back to the phone saying she accidentally ran another medication. And then says she basically doesn’t know what she is doing. Said she would get someone to help her. Still on the phone almost 20 minutes later just trying to get my blood pressure medication refilled. Unbelievable. Every pharmacy I’ve dealt with since I’ve been in this state has been horrible."
