"Super slow drive thru when I was the only person at the bank. Why does it take 20 minutes to make a deposit? Then was told the teller lost my money? Had to wait for them to do a "balance" to confirm how much money I gave them. Had to wait another 20 mins while they did that. This place is ridiculous."

"I found it odd that there were so many bad reviews for this banking location. I've been banking here for years. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. They've helped me set up business bank accounts as well as personal checking and savings accounts. I've also used the ATM outside for withdrawals and deposits. I've never had any issues. There were a few glitches with online banking during the transition from Suntrust to Truist, but things seem to be running well now."

"One star from me.. I had a business account with Truist (former Suntrust) for many years until recently when they became the worst when it comes to deposits. After becoming Truist for some unknown reason they started placing holds on every other check I deposit. Many times when the hold is still there over 5 days I have to take a trip to a local branch to talk to a person so they can take away the hold and manually clear the check for deposit. I have nothing bad to say against the pleasant and helpful people who work in this branch."

"This branch is one I often visit for the ATM. However, today I needed deposit and check copies for June 3-14 for a transaction . After explaining to the Customer services lady, I had 3 check and deposit copies in my hand and was on my way! It was exactly what was needed and thrilled at the quick result. I like the location and hours plus the ATM is easy for withdrawals and deposits in the convenient area Near The Chop House , Hobby Lobby , and my UPS store too! The interior is very clean, well staffed, and handicap parking near front door plus other parking if needed is ample!"

"This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with! I am so frustrated because I can't get answers or my problem resolved. I try calling several times a day, no one ever answers(screening my calls). On the rare occasion that I have gotten an answer, Jason Johnson, is always with another customer and they take my name and number and they will have him call me right back. I have never received a call back or received a reply from an email that I've sent. And do not bother calling the 1-800 number because they can't help you either. I have done everything that he's asked me to do to get power of attorney for my aunts account. I have brought in all paperwork that he's requested after stating they won't except the forms I've turned in because of my aunts signature. I have to take time out of my busy day to go up there in person and they still can't help me. I've been working on this for a month now. Ridiculous. I'm about to shut her account and move it to my bank. At least they have customer service."
