"I was told as a customer for 10+ years, never been flagged, consistent deposits - that they did not feel comfortable depositing my check. I’m still wondering why they didn’t feel comfortable - is it because I’m black or is it because I complained and now I’m getting retaliated against. Idk but I’ve only had this bank for years now I am forced to drop them because if Regions don’t trust me after building 10yrs worth of trust - I don’t trust them. If anybody know if I possibly have a case lead me in the correct direction."
"This bank was good but so far in 2019 they no longer serve their customers. They close early (even the drive thru) the app is always messed up. The guy at the window seems like he doesn't trust anyone & wont listen when you ask him to do something."
