"If I could give 0 stars I would. When I moved to the area almost 2 years ago, I opened my account here and the people back then were amazing. Friendly, compassionate, and had very good customer service.. the people they have now are the exact opposite. Lazy, rude, Lord forbid you go in for anything because they make you feel like you’re inconveniencing them for having them do the job they signed up for. And let’s not talk about getting someone on the phone…you have to call over and over again until someone finally answers!! Then if you start getting an attitude with them because THEY were giving you one and ask to speak to a “manager” you’ll get hung up on. One infamous to doing this, her name is Missie. I closed my account today and all I have to say is GOOD RIDDANCE!!! PS if you’re a bank/credit union and you have someone from Family Advantage wanting to work from you, DO NOT HIRE THEM!! They only want the paycheck and not do the actual job!!!!!!!!"

"I’m extremely displeased with the customer service I’ve received - their inaccurate bookkeeping has resulted in multiple errors on my loan. They do not seem to care that their mistakes have negatively impacted myself and my credit score. I wouldn’t suggest using Family Advantage for any loans - save yourself the stress. One would think a “local, small town” credit union would care a little more about their customers’ well-being and satisfaction. Their back-of-office manager, Beth, has an extremely poor attitude towards customer service that was evident on our phone call."
