"This place NEVER answers their phones and if they do, they schedule you a phone call that is at least 1 week or 2 weeks later to have a very small amount of time to talk about anything possible significant. I've called them multiple times and never got anything else but an answering machine and that is it. If you need taxes done, go somewhere else because they take FOREVER to get back to you or never do."
