"I do not bank with wells however I called to get some questions answered and the manager I believe her name was tisha was so pleasant. I was in town and needed help she answered all that I needed, if I had all my documentation I had intent on opening and account with her based off of the interaction. The customer service was amazing, she had a beautiful smile and don’t worry I’ll be relocating and banking with you all."

"Dealt with the bank manager. After she got done lecturing another customer and was uncomfortably rude to him. She proceeded to try and treat me the same way. VERY argumentative and condescending. I’ve been with wellsfargo for 20 years will be closing my account after this experience. Bank managers have always been there to help, this lady seemed to enjoy telling people no and enjoys confrontation. Then continued on after the conversation was over that she knew people at my work and would mention our experience to them as a threat.. will never go back"
