"I don’t know what kind of business integrity that this company has but they are a horrible delivery service. I worked for the postal service and if we delivered a package we at least had gps confirmation on delivery. They just “say” it was delivered and if your cameras say no one was at your address at 10oclock pm. When they say it was delivered, then you are out of luck. Can you say BBB complaint"

"Who needs Porch Pirates when you have LaserShip! This is one of the worst delivery companies in the Memphis Area. If you have any packages with brand name labels on them, there is a high chance that the Lasership Team will keep it for themselves. Two packages have "disappeared" when using this company. The customer service line is rigged to go to a machine. The dispatch line gets picked up, only to be answered by someone who will tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone. Once you report to the seller that the package is not delivered, Lasership will mark it as delivered. They must be using Ghosts because the security cameras do not show these people. You don't have to take my word for it. Check any of the reviews above and below. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because this is unacceptable. If you have the misfortune of using this shameful company, good luck!"

"They came right on time just like they said. I checked the tracking twice and the expected arrival time, shipping time, all of that was just like they said. Driver was courteous and prompt. truck was nice and very clean. Excellent service. Will be glad to use them again when needed."

"Integrity issues. Do not use if you can help it. It’s Christmas time. First the company says that it made it attempt to deliver but they didn’t. I have cameras all around my house a ring camera on the porch, another camera pointing down on the porch camera on the left the camera on the right, no deliveries made then they indicate a delivery was made the moment I got the notice I went to the door which was within five minutes. No packages were left on my door step. I immediately send a notification that there were no packages delivered. I had to wait two business days no response I called on the third day through the Internet and was told to wait an additional day so I had to wait three days. Only to be told that they confirm a delivery was made. No pictures showing the porch. Just their word. This is my second time. Dealing with laser ship(BKA OnTrac)I believe the company has an integrity issue and based off the number of reviews that I have seen, I am confirmed that there is a major issue with this shipping company or delivery service. If they want to call themselves that now I have to wait 10 days after Christmas to receive my packages. Something should be done with this company."

"I’ve had numerous packages come through this shipping service and every time without fail, there’s some issue. 2 of the packages through this service got “lost”. I am currently waiting on a package that still says it was supposed to be delivered sunday 10/8, it’s Thursday 10/12. If you see that your order is coming with this company, do yourself a favor and cancel it"
