"They will not answer the phone. My delivery has been sitting 7days now. Raymond signed for it at crosstown but they can’t find it. Steve is useless and will not return phone calls. Crosstown is a joke. Home Depot should rethink there delivery options You would really have to work hard to find a place that has a bigger group of idiots assembled in one building like crosstown"

"Ordered furniture from Wayfair... Was delivered today! Awesome Guys... Very nice went the extra mile for my wife.. box would not fit through front door.... Was very patient with wife... Not a problem at all here! So glad to have the guys that delivered our furniture. Excellent Job!"

"I had ordered 2 dressers thru Wayfair that I waited 4 months for. Crosstown carriers had my packages for almost 2 weeks and supposedly lost my boxes.. I went up there and the place was a total disaster. They did find 1 mirror but that was it. I was told that they would contact me if they found it if not they were reporting it was a lost shipment to Wayfair. They never got.back in touch with me. I had to get a refund from Wayfair."

"My Wayfair delivery was lost but once I called Crosstown and Wayfair to see what the hold up was, Crosstown did everything they could to find my packages. Adriana was super sweet on the phone and kept her word on following up and calling me to notify me of resolutions. The only reason I didn’t put 5 stars is because the packages sat there for 3 weeks lost but I’m glad they eventually got my dining set to me."

"Don’t use this company! Wayfair needs to stop working with them!!! Crosstown Courier delivered a Wayfair bathroom vanity to me in February. The delivery team could not get the vanity up the stairs and destroyed the walls around my stairs. I have called the company 10 times and sent 7 email. They always have new staff. Can’t keep their people, which should tell you something. One person replied to me in May that he will get back to me and never did. They destroy your house and don’t care!"
