"I love Dr. Jones… My family is a military family , we moved home after my husband decided to retire. We have six children whom are all in their 30’s. She is now the doctor for my grandchildren. She was great then and still to my grand babies. My daughter has now moving to Mississippi and my grand babies are attending school there, so my daughter ask me to stop by to pick shot records which she requested 2 weeks ago. Worst experience ever with medical staff, rude and ghetto, no professionalism what do ever. I approached the counter, receptionist was on the phone so I waited patiently for her to finish and she turn to me and said yeah so I gave her stern look. I told what I needed and she said they ain’t ready, so at this point I said look it’s been two weeks what you mean then ain’t ready. She said to mean they busy. so I said I needed to speak to Dr.Jones and I start expressing my feeling towards her and I don’t want mention some of the choice words that I used, finally she stepped to back of the office and ask me to come in. I was in the back for about 2 minutes and walked out with records in hand . I still never had chance on I speak with Doctor Jones. I would recommend that you send your staff to some kinda of training, I immediately told my daughter to find some where to take them . Nothing against the doctor, but it begins at the front door. This could not be her first time treating someone like this, but she had the right today. Please stop treating black and brown people like we are dirt under your shoe and especially if you are black or brown yourself. Thank you"

"Dr. Jones is a fantastic MD. Dr. Jones personally cared for both my kids until we left the City of mempMem TN. She's great with the kids and very patient with stressed parents or new parents. She's very knowledgeable understanding, kind, professional medical Doctor. One of the best Doctors in Memphis TN. I will recommend her to everyone who has kids. She deserves an award of Medical Excellence."

"Sooo, I just moved here from Chesapeake, Va and I was given a reference to another doctor that is closer to me being that I don’t have a vehicle currently. But anyways that’s beside the point! So my kids take adderall and I just got them in school finally after fighting with the school board...now they’re in need of immediate care to get their meds for school. I called this number because my daughter teacher gave me the number to try and get her meds since the recommended doctor who is closer can see them mid October. So tell me why this physician refused to see my children when she was available too only because the nurse asked me if I would make her their primary care provider. I didn’t want to lie so I told them it would depend on if I liked the pediatrician or not. So they put me on hold for like 5 mins and returned to inform me that she wouldn’t be able to take them in new patients. So I asked her if it was due to the question she had asked me earlier and she said yes and laughed! I would like to take out a discrimination lawsuit against this doctor because that’s not right! If a child needs to be seen I don’t understand the problem if you’re the primary or not!"

"Dr. Jones is an awesome pediatrician! She has treated my 3 children for the past 20 years (My oldest is 20 and my youngest is 12) She made sure that she got to the know each of my children and would always engage them in conversations about school, the sports they were involved with, and just general topics. The office/medical staff (especially Ms. Frances) is outstanding!"
