"Once again...Dr Sweeten is excellent.....but that staff is something serious!!!!!! You can't get any thing done. Giving her is review is easy....but you've got to get to her first. It's difficult getting appointments, getting needed documents..etc etc. We need records for my grandson to get in school...been waiting for an emailed copy..how difficult is that??? The Doctor is great....but that rude staff works against that......Whats good people???"
