"The young lady that works for receptionist is rude and unprofessional. If you don't want to work stay home. She put me on hold for almost 30 minutes every time I called. Then calls me friend as if she knows me. She sounded so ghetto and this is why black women are considered hood rats. Chicks like her and it's sad their at most doctors offices"

"Dr. Sweeten is good. Her staff is awful. This staff is a reflection of her and I wish her and the other doctors would recognize it. Also it's very inconvenient that the practice has multiple doctors but your child can only be seen by one of them. I chose her due to the vicinity of the office to my home only to find out she serves two locations. I do not desire to go to hickory hill."

"I love Dr. Sweeten my oldest son is 14 and I entrusted her with the care of all three of my kids. She's very genuine and and seems to love her career. She has baby pictures of my oldest son that I no longer have, and now when he come in for a visit she have old stories to tell him. Everyone at the offices is so nice and love to see my middle child come in because they know he hate to get shots lol. Friendly place lovely people will recommend to anyone"

"We were referred to Dr. Sweeten for our oldest daughter by a family friend. She is EXCELLENT! She addressed my daughter's problems with environmental and food allergies and eczema right off the bat. Dr. Sweeten is very patient, attentive, takes times with you and your child, and makes sure your concerns are heard. She calls you back when you leave a message, despite the number of children she serves. She treats everyone as if they are her only patient. When we had our 2nd child we chose Dr. Sweeten as her pediatrician. Now that we are expecting our 3rd daughter, we will be choosing Dr. Sweeten, without a doubt.
