"Every time I go there is a great experience. Usually drop & hook, which is nice, simple, and very organized. IN and OUT in less than 30 minutes. In order to make your experience over there as good as mine and many other drivers, MAKE SURE YOUR REEFER IS PRECOOLED to -20°. Otherwise, you'll have to wait until reaching that temperature to be attended. Today had a live load, and my appointment was @ 08:00. Make it there 02:30, checked in as usual, and they put me on a door right away. 1½ hours after, I was rolling to the consignee. AMAZING!! NO OVERNIGHT PARKING, but there is a rest area 3 miles away on 51 NB. Also, there is a Walmart like 10 minutes to the South on 51 as well. I saw some semi with trailers parked over there. Police are on 51 checking speed, no bothering truckers. THANK YOU, UNILEVER! WAY TO GO!! Ohhh! Almost forgot, you can have FREE ICE-CREAM @ the check in office. Complete the survey when leaving the office (tablet next to the door), which will help us, the truckers, as well."

"Security personnel at guard shack are very pleasant and informative. Good directions and location where to park empty trailer if drop and hook. Office staff at driver check in, shipping/receiving are polite and efficient. I dropped off a loaded trailer and picked up an empty. Empty trailer was clean inside, not the usual with pieces of broken pallets and dirt. Very efficient here and they take good care of your trailer when unloading. Love's truck stop in Dyersburg, TN 37 miles to the north, T/A truck stop on I-40 34 miles away. Wal-Mart's in area don't allow truck parking overnight. Would definitely return here again!"

Inside the ladies at the window very professional and hard working ladies doing there best to get us in and out. Free ice cream also don’t miss the case inside.
