"The employees were doing more playing around than I cared for!!! I think the only one behaving themselves was the Manager!! When we got our food, the biscuit was hardened around the edge, due to it probably being under the heat bulb too long!! The chicken left a lot to be desired for because it was hardened, too!!! We didn't fuss at the Manager....it was really cold outside that day and we were a little hungry and wanted to get home!! I imagine it will be awhile before we go back!!"

"If you have at least 45 minutes to wait in the drive thru then your good but if you're expecting to get through there in a timely manner then you better not go. I have never sit in a drive thru as long as I sit in this one. The food is ok but it's most definitely not worth the wait."

"The food at Jack's is very good. The fried chicken, slaw and biscuits are excellent, all home made. The fries were not hot so not so good. We dined in and waited several minutes for someone to come to the front to take our order, apparently due to the drive-up window being busy and possibility staffing shortage? Overall, Jack's beats the socks off all of the other fast food restaurants both in quality of the food and price. Of course, not the healthiest foods but worth a splurge. Would definitely go back."

"I went through the drive through on 12Nov23 and ordered an 8 piece meal with 2 large fries and 2 large cokes. After a long wait and dealing with rude staff I got my food. I started driving home and discovered they had not given my debit card or receipt back. I had to drive back and retrieve it. When I got back I asked for a refund because the food was soggy and nasty but the manager refused because it had been over 30 minutes. (I brought the food back with, none of it had been eaten back I hadn’t gotten back home.) They wasted my time and my money. Never coming back."

"Reasonably priced, but it is fast food. Waited inside for 5+ minutes, first in line, without anyone even acknowledging we were there. Noticed the drive thru was moving fast so we went through it instead."
