"Some of the nicest people"

"This company is the definition of unethical. They will promise you the moon at the beginning, but beware. From my personal experience, they are constantly "restructuring" the company and couldn't care less about any employee, loyalty, how many hours you have worked, etc. I was told I was getting a raise. When HR called 3 business days later (because the CEO was out of the country I was told), I looked forward to knowing what my raise would be. Instead, I was told in that 3 days the company had been restructured and my job had been eliminated. Let me go on to say that I had already taught my boss and the internal recruiter how to do my job in my state because they were not at all familiar with the education system. So basically, if you want to be hired, work 11+ hours per day, travel much more than they tell you they will (I was told there would be 3 field reps in the state, but I was the ONLY one in my state for half of my tenure), train them how to do what you do, and then be "let go," this is the perfect job for you. If you would like job stability, loyalty, a friendly work culture, and trust, stay as far away from Savant as you possibly can. This place is toxic. Please don't let them do to you what they did to me. I gave up tenure, a good education position, and grandfathered retirement for them. Lesson hard learned."
