"Best dollar general I've been to!!"

"Several times I have stopped in to buy batteries and they are always mispriced! I bought batteries for my garage door openers and they were clearly priced but when they rang them up it was almost double the amount displayed! The cashier went over and looked and pulled all of the packages off and said they were in the wrong place! I left and went to Walmart to buy my batteries! Today I needed some AA batteries so I stopped at a different Dollar general and grabbed a package of 8 that were clearly marked $6.00 and the girl rang them up and said 10.59?!? NO! It says 6.00!!! She went over and pulled 2 rows of batteries off and moved them and said they are in the wrong place! I think they depend on people not looking at the receipt after buying a basket full of stuff and overpaying! Now I am not talking about one package of batteries hung in the wrong place like a customer put it there by mistake it was all of the 8 count AA batteries hung on the rack side by side and both sides clearly marked 6.00!!"

"close and convenient. perfect place when you just need a couple of items and don't want to deal with the big stores. wish they kept the isles clear though. often there are carts and carts of merchandise waiting to be shelved which makes it difficult to push a shopping cart through."

"They were open after I dropped my kid off at 8:00am. I received fast assistance on what I was looking for. Clerk was friendly and more than helpful. The store was well organized and not over cluttered like other Dollar Generals."

"They were in the middle of remodeling, but I was still able to find what I went for. Realized on this trip that Dollar General was real short on their toy selection, especially for babies. If you're looking for a good selection you probably should try another store."
