"I was in a car accident and my vehicle was towed to this shop. I set up an appointment with Statefarm so the vehicle could be towed from the tow yard to where I wanted it repaired. We called yesterday and Statefarm tried to get the charges so my vehicle could get picked up. He told us to give him a call back later. State farm has been calling to get the charges, the tow company they use has been calling and then Statefarm reached out to me this morning so I could call and still no answer. They are delaying the process of me getting my vehicle picked up and fixed. This company is disorganized and unprofessional. This is my first time using them and most assuredly the last! Update: After posting this review the owner called me and after speaking with him I could see there was some miscommunication between all parties. My car got to where it needed to go with no further issue so I decided to delete this review and even told him that I had. The business I needed taken care of was handled and I was satisfied with that and had no other issues with this company. To my knowledge this review had been deleted, but this morning 12/15/23 the owner texted me about this review and made commentary about my other reviews and tried to tell me how I should go about things which I felt was unprofessional and overstepping. Any review I make I base solely off of my experience and perspective. I can't speak for anyone else or their experience, but I can speak for myself and can do so how I see fit. You can't tell me how to feel about your company and not one thing I said was a lie. If he had a problem with this review still being up he could have simply said "Hey, I saw your review was still up and was just wondering about it since I thought we had resolved those issues." I would have fixed it with no issue because I did say I would delete it. After being contacted today with the message I was sent, Instead of deleting my review I'm changing my final rating from a 1 to a 3 . The work I needed done was taken care of. There were some hiccups in communication between myself, Statefarm and the owner, but after the issues were spoken on everything went a lot smoother. It is not higher because of communication and because the owner contacted me today about this review in a way that I felt was overstepping. I have also asked not to be contacted again which I'm stating here for a second record."

"We were the unfortunate ones who got pulled in to the DOT inspection station and had to have our load adjusted to be able to move our truck. After several calls to different places we got ahold of Sure towing and recovery and they made things happen. They were there as quickly as possible and worked to get the load right. With out their help we would have sat there for several more hours. Thank you guys so much for your help. If we ever need help again, you will be the first one we call."
