Domino's Pizza

"I completed a carryout order for the kids at my home! In hopes that my meal will be presented with excellent customer service! Unfortunately, my experience in Marion was anything but extraordinary service.. Upon arrival, I saw a group of employees hanging outside. Both Male and female! As I drove to the window not one employee greeted me. I waited for 3 minutes in hopes that I would be acknowledged. Unfortunately, no one came to greet me! I drove back around because clearly I was at the wrong place. However, I was at the correct dominos the employees just didn't feel like I was important. I pulled up to the group that I saw outside when I first arrived. A gentleman told me I was at the right location and to go back to the window. I drove back to the window and still begin to wait. A young lady finally opened my the window but greeted me as if she had better things to do! When picking up my order she told me that the orange fanta I ordered was out of stock. My only option was a diet coke! She offered me nothing less but a diet coke! I told her the children wouldn't like a Diet Coke. She told me that she had to refund the entire order and run my information all over again just to remove the Diet Coke from my order. I received no apology for this mistake. The app at this location showed that the drink of choice was available. On top of that the service was disappointing, unkind, and unpleasant. I will not recommend anyone to this location."

"Update: food seems to get worse every time. Food is okay. Customer service is hit or miss. Be careful of the curb in the driveway because it sticks out too far from the window so it's hard to reach."

"We placed a complicated order and they filled it just as ordered. We are thrilled to have a Dominos nearer to home now! They were friendly when we picked up our order. Ordering online is great but I do think their program could be simplified a bit. Our pizza was very good and we will continue to order from this location. Very conveniently located."

"This place doesn't deserve any stars.. Absolutely the worst customer service, delivery service and the pizza is mediocre at best. I've tried multiple times to support this local business but the experience is worse with every order. Delivery times will say 20-30 minutes yet take an hour or more and you just have to pray you actually get what your ordered. I placed my final order with this store at 5:46 tonight. received email stating delivery would be 12-27 minutes. At 7:15 I arrive at the store to see what's going on bc they will not answer the phone. i get out and go to the window bc the drive thru is wrapped around thr building. the shelves are piled high with orders and every employee is running around like a chicken with their head cut off, except for a young woman standing at a table where I assume she should be preparing orders but she's on her cell phone. she never acknowledges me at the window so I wait for the young man at the drive thru window to finish up with that customer and get his attention. He searches all over the building but can't find my order so here I am at 8:06 on Sunday night eating Sonic for dinner 2.5 hours after I ordered Domino's delivery for dinner. You guys need to shut down or get some adults in the building that know how to run a business and manage the staff bc the current system in place is not working."

"I ordered food, when it finally showed up, it wasn’t all there, and no refund for the missing items. I called the store that night and he said he would send his driver back around with the refund for the missing items, well that never happened. So the next evening I’ve tried calling 9 times the last hr and no one will answer the phone. But after reading reviews doesn’t seem like anyone cares up there or at the corporate level. Now I have to get a hold of PayPal and see about getting the whole order dismissed. Then they can see how it feels to loose. I won’t be using this place again."
