"This is definitely better than using a drop-off box for your packages. I feel like it's more reassuring. I have never picked up a package here, but I have used the service to ship one. All I had to do was hand the package to the employee, and they scanned it, which sent me a text with the tracking information. You will need to provide your number to receive the text. It was a very easy and quick process. The only issue I had was the time it took for the employee to get to me because of a customer that was very slow before me."
