"If I could give no star i would. Worst place ever. Majority of our stuff was stolen and when we called them they never answered the phone. We went to their main store in clarksville and told the people there what had happened and they just said they don't know anything. I have never seen a place this horrible."
"This a VERY clean 2 year old remote and secure storage. The main store is on Wilma Rudolph. Kevin Chambers was really helpful. Pay on time you will have no problems."
"Horrible place to rent from, don’t do it. They’ll drain you of every dime you have. They’re holding me to a contract I never signed or agreed to. A multi million dollar company, holding a lien status on my unit over $50. Was gonna charge me $15 too for paying on the 2nd of the month instead of the first (I get paid on fridays and we live check to check) But they “waived” that. I bust my tail to work for the money I have to only end up scraping change at the end of the week. Everything I own is in that building, my kids winter clothes are in there and I can’t get it in over $50, and it’s not like I can buy them new clothes cuz if I had $50 they wouldn’t need new clothes. I never signed a contract with Uhual, I signed a contract with AAA. They aren’t even acting like their customers are being affected by this transition and are doing nothing to compensate for all the hassle. All they say is “I understand this transition could be frustrating.” I’m not military, my husband isn’t working right now, we have one income, and I have other bills. I make enough to JUST pay bills. $200 a week. I can’t even afford to take my family somewhere nice to eat or be together, and now that fee is going to keep going up because I can’t pull $50 out of thin air."
"If i could give this no stars I would. Every since they have switched to Uhual this has been a nightmare. I get transitioning can sometimes be a headache but for an issue that I keep calling about week after week and I cant get a call back. I have having a terrible time trying to get a hold of someone. We have a storage unit with Uhual that recently took over, it was called AAA storage before. I keep getting notices that I am behind on payments. I am really annoyed because when the transition was happening, I went into the store and was told no one had my name or anything on file so I could not pay. The lady at the counter told me I would not be charged a late fee and she would call me when I could pay. Another week went by and I went back in and was told I still could not pay they would talk to a manager and call me. Still never got a phone call, another week went by and I finally could pay. I was told in person my rate would not go up because I was grandfathered in and I would have automatic payments on the 7th of each month. The NEXT day I get a bill not only my rate has gone up, but I was late. I tried calling the store that had taken over, she told me that she would have to talk to a manager. Another week went by and I called again to talk about the SAME issue that has been going on for 2 months now. For the lady to tell me that the manager was on the phone and he would call me back. I still have not received a call and now I am locked out of my unit. I need someone to call me back about this. I know I have not paid it for this month because I was told it would come out automatically and I have been trying to call and get this resolved and paid. If I have to take my time out of work to go up there, I will be very upset. After this is resolved I will be pulling my unit and taking my business elsewhere. This is very unprofessional."
