"I Just went in to try to send my husband some things. I also did this last week & a very nice lady helped me with all my items and got my box at least started for me, as I finished taping it. This time, once again I had my items, which wasn't much..however did not know how to fold the box or which size I needed.• My second time even shipping a box of anything anywhere" I was pretty much told by Carl? maybe the guy at the second counter, not exact out sure if that was his name they I needed to figure it out, he doesn't fold boxes for people and he also has other customers to take care of. This man was the only one working, and yes there was a line, but I was up next and he could of at least told me to wait until the line got smaller "2 people behind me" is all... instead of shooing me to try to figure this out. I just left, I'll go somewhere where people actually care about their customers and would rather be helpful than inconsiderate. Hopefully whoever that is on lunch comes back so he can get a breath of fresh air. Also to the lovely lady that took a little time to help me out last Monday I greatly appreciate your kindness."
"They’re always friendly and helpful whenever I go into the office. I love it because it’s never crowded, and so I feel more comfortable talking to them. I deal with extreme anxiety, and stutter quite a bit but they are patient with me."
"Horrible. 3 times I never received my sons packages and they lie and say oh we never received it tocsend to our house. But on our tracking thru Amazon always showed it was scanned at the post office to be sent out. And never receive it"
"Typically have no issues. They deliver my mail to my house most of the time with no hiccups but when they mess up they really do it. There was a storm that knocked over my mailbox and I didn't get out that morning to see it until after they already gone by. The postal worker registered the package as unable to deliver despite the fact that this box would not have fit in the mailbox anyway. When I went to the post office to track down the package they were rude and dismissed ehat I said entirely. As of late the mail has been running 6 hours later they dont take letters out of the mailbox to be mailed and some days skip the route entirely. All in all these workers are lazy and unpleasant."
"I love this post office, though at first it is hard to find. It’s near “Gun and Knife” store. I really love the woman here, she is very attentive and knows a lot about postal service. She was very helpful with all of my first time dealings. The man here, not so much. He really made me uncomfortable, and was staring for a long time before he walked away. Also, he was very matter of fact which just rubbed me the wrong way. When I ask a question, I would expect a polite answer, not a smart one. I was being extremely kind in my speech too, it wasn’t because I was rude first if you know what I mean. I make it a priority to treat everyone with respect and kindness. I don’t know. Overall though, they’re so cute and small, very much small town vibes, and they’re good at their jobs. I have a tiny mail box, and they always make sure to come up the steps and put my packages at my door very neatly. They work quickly and effectively, and I greatly appreciate all of their work during the pandemic. I would definitely recommend you come here. Just look for the sign that says “Gun and Knife Country”."
