"Employees always have attitude. I’m not expecting them to go above and beyond, just decent respect. If you don’t like your job get a new one. Idk if they hire all formerly convicted prisoners here like FedEx does or what but that’s what it seems like everytime I visit."

"Extremely rude employees here. At several locations there are self service stations and this location previously had such a mechanism. Today, I went in to print at one of the printers next to the self service packing setup. I was extremely rudely told that it’s not self service and that “nothing in life is free” from across the room rather than politely telling me that I could print at the desk instead. Did not care at all about providing service to customers. The rest of the staff just watched on as this occurred. This location needs some better vetting of staff."

"Called the store to check if a package that I sent someone was at their store. The associate placed me a long hold until I decided to hang up due to the long wait. I tried to call again 10 minutes later and the call went straight to voicemail. I then decided to call the other number on the UPS site for this location. I was able to hear someone pick up the call, but they wouldn't say anything not even a greeting to see a reason for my call. I stayed silent to see if they would say something first, but they didn't and just hung up the call."

"Absolutely wonderful customer service, so helpful with my Amazon return that needed a printed label. Handled both returns seemlessly. In and out in less than 5 minutes."

"This is a very busy store, but the employees always manage to be helpful and polite. I have never had a problem shipping things from this location. They are even helpful when I accidentally bring something into the store that should be shipped by that other company."
