"Unresponsive to serious situations that occur on their busses. Call, leave voice mail, talk with other employees who pass information to supervisors and still no response. Didn't even call to check on person who became ill because of the companies neglect of bus maintenance and for who the driver called an ambulance. Sad group of supervisors/employees/company administrators contracted to do shuttle transportation for University of Tennessee events and campus. Should lose their contract."
