"I go here literally ALL the time. Usually they are very friendly and helpful. Well, last night I rushed over there after work to take care of a loan with them and the lady was unbelievably rude. She nearly refused to even let me conduct my business because, according to her it was too late. It was 20 minutes before they close. It took less than 10 minutes for me to get the paper worked printed out and signed to be on my way. So, why have the business open to customers till 7 if we aren’t allowed to make transactions due to it being “late”? A customer even came in after me so she was STILL having to work till closing anyways. I told her I had just gotten off work myself and did the best I could to get to get over there. Why was I even having to explain myself to her? If your shift runs until 7 then don’t get attitude with the customers because you don’t feel like working till then. She didn’t even acknowledge that I had spoken. It’s not like it’s a restaurant and I walked in 20 minutes before close to order food. Restaurants close the kitchen before they close the actual business for the night so they have time to wrap up with the last customers and still have time to perform closing duties. It isn’t MY fault that your work doesn’t have any type of cut off point of service before closing to allow the employees time to finish up with the last few customers and still leave on time. So don’t be unprofessional with customers because you have a problem with doing your job. What kind of customer service is that!? I would NEVER treat someone who came into MY job like that. Absolutely disgusting. The audacity of her to lecture me about being “late” as if she was my mother. I am an adult who works VERY hard and I try my best to get in there asap. I don’t deserve to be talked down to after over a year of being a returning and loyal customer. Very disappointing. I guess I will take my business elsewhere. I even took the time to give them a five star review previously and just had to change that."
