"Cutting and speeding through business parking lot. Where the lot isn’t that large for a bus. Bus 63. She Needs to be reprimanded immediately."

"Today is September 28, 2023 and at approximately 5:35 pm, we witnessed bus number 195 drive down the shoulder of I-40 at exit 407 passing multiple vehicles for over half a mile. 1st of all, it is illegal to drive on the shoulder of the road along the interstate and 2nd, this is extremely reckless and irresponsible. This company has no pride and clearly does not hold their drivers accountable as there was not a phone number listed to be able to contact the company and there are negative reviews of this company going back 4 years!!! Don’t do business with this company!! I don’t understand how this company is allowed to even conduct business! They should be shut down!!!!"

"Coming down Ebeneezer in school zone and me and another car are about 10-20ft from the bus waiting to pull out and we’re the last cars before a half mile gap in traffic and instead of waiting she stomps it out in front of us both of us having to lock the breaks up and thankfully didn’t crash and their wasn’t any children on board yet. Hopefully the guy in the car that turned around got her info cause she doesn’t need to be driving our youth anymore being so stupidly careless"

"Their school bus drivers go through our subdivision at 4:45pm daily at about 35 mph so they don't have to stop at a sign on Helbolt and Piney Grove Church Road -- we have young children whom they endanger -- imagine what they do with those buses with kids on them heading to and from school. They should be cited.."

"Horrible dangerous drivers! Today is Tuesday, October 26, 2021. It is 9:14 AM. At 9:10 AM I was merging onto Pellissippi from I 40. A group of four or five of these buses were coming down Pellissippi Parkway. As I attempted to merge one of the buses sped up and try to squeeze me out. I had to stop in the lane of traffic. That bus should have slow down instead of speeding up. That is unbelievably rude and dangerous of them to do. I had plenty of room to get up there and get around the bus but the driver was obviously determined to squeeze me out."
