"I recently visited this shop and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory (horrible tbh). The store was in a shabby condition, with dusty shelves and worn-out furniture. The owner was quite impatient and lacked basic customer service skills!! To make matters worse, the repair job they did on my shoes was below par. I had one high heel shoe with a small piece of the leather tore apart from the heel. The owner was overly confident and said he was the best in this area in order to took in my shoes and charged me for $85. A few days later I went to the shop to pick it up and realized that it was far from done. I raised a few questions about how the color looks different from the surrounding areas and the surface was uneven, and he promised that he would re-do it again and asked me to come back in three days. The second time I went to the shop only realized that it wasn't ready to be picked up because he has not done with it (another red flag to not be on time!!). I waited another week and went to the shop the third time and found out it was still uneven and there were some visible scuffs on my shoes. He said he can do it again but I was super disappointed after drove to his shop three times. Then he said he should have charged me for at least $200 (so now I am the one to blame??) I felt like I had wasted my money on a subpar job. The worst part was when I tried to voice my concerns to the owner and staff, they are indifferent and unapologetic. The owner even said "I don't care". Overall, I would not recommend this shoe repair store to anyone!!! The poor quality of workmanship, lack of professionalism, and unhelpful attitude of the staff left a bad taste in my mouth. Save yourself the time and money, and find a more reliable and reputable shoe repair store elsewhere."
