"Their recklessly irresponsible drivers drive up and down highway 109 going 80 plus miles per hour. I guess the supervisors there just need to feel lucky that there's never any cops around to catch them and give them a reckless driving ticket"

"EXTREMELY poor quality customer interaction: 1. Company never called to make a an appointment for delivery. 2. Company arbitrarily scheduled delivery, but delayed informing customer until the day before. 3. Customer spent 20+ minutes on hold to talk with a representative, who could not change delivery date, but did transfer me to the delivery warehouse. 4. Waited on hold another 16 minutes before someone answered. Changed delivery to Friday, 6 May. Told that the driver would call 30 minutes out. 5. Delivery arrived on 3 May and left in vacant house without builder's authorization. 6. Builder demanded items be removed so they can complete pre-closing cleanup and inspection. 7. Called CEVA Logistics to have items removed. On hold for 13 minutes before call is answered. Representative "Resper" could not help, but transferred me to delivery warehouse, with another 9 minute hold before the call was unceromoneously ended without ever being answered. 8. Had to round up friends to remove the multi-box shipment ourselves. The only thing CEVA did correctly was find the designated delivery location. Everything else was unprofessional and wrong. Greatly disappointed!"

"DO NOT TRUST TRACKING INFO. For a logistics company, it seems they really do not know what they are doing. I ordered a couch and followed the tracking info which said it would be delivered on 9/2/2021. I took the day off from work and arranged to have help since they only deliver to the door. No couch. No call. No update to tracking info. On 9/3 I get a call to arrange delivery for 9/7. I will be on a work trip. So now I guess I'm just supposed to leave a couch I paid $1300 for in the hands of a freight company I can't trust until I return??"

"Horrible awful company. They delayed my oversized delivery for weeks. FOUR times they scheduled a delivery and made me wait around all day just to not show up. Then when they did show up it was totally unannounced. The box arrived in complete shambles. My item had a huge dent in it. Utterly incompetent company. I will literally never work with another business that contracts with CEVA to deliver their products. Ever."

"My son worked here for nearly 3 years and it was very unpleasant!! The disrespect shown by so called supervisors is absolutely un called for. My son ended up on 2 anti depressants just to try to cope with this place. He finally had enough and walked out!! This place needs to get control of the people who are supposed to be making the environment great. Found out the same weekend my son walked out, a couple others did as well and one of those being a supervisor. That should say something right there. This place SUCKS!!!"
