"Yeah I won't be coming back here. Got quoted a price went in, got the procedure, paid the quoted price. Go on Vacation for three months, come back to a bunch of bills in the mail, and hits on my nearly perfect credit score. Not even a phone call to let me know what the extra bill was for. It should be against the law to charge someone more than the quoted price...they assured me its legal, imo legal or not, those are shady business practices."
"I made the huge mistake of avoiding a dentist for seven years. After being unable to withstand the pain in one of my teeth for any longer, I made an appointment with Dr. Brown upon recommendation of several co-workers at my law firm. I am so happy I did. Instead of berating and/or lecturing me over my lack of dental visits in the past, he took multiple x-rays, showed me exactly what was wrong with my teeth, and we mapped out a plan of care in order to get my teeth and mouth back to the healthy shape in which they once were. Dr. Brown is kind, professional, easy-going, and as gentle as possible. He doesn't try to sell you expensive cosmetic procedures, and is instead more worried about the health of your mouth. I cannot begin to say how thrilled I am to have found him, and I would recommend him to EVERYONE! He is seriously the best dentist ever, and as long as he is in practice, he will have me as a patient."

He will also tell you the good and bad news and let you, the patient control the process. I have had experience's with other dentists that I was being pushed into treatments.
