Pace

"To get to the shipping and receiving docks, take Mason Road and turn at the sign for Beacon Transport. Turn left at the back of the building. Pace is located at docks 17-22 at the end of the building on your left. The only suggestions that I would like to make is signs and arrows erected showing drivers how to get to the dock area for shipping and receiving on Mason Road and at the back of the building, and, a clearly marked sign on the door telling drivers how to get in touch with an employee if the doors are closed. Otherwise it was a good place to deliver."

"Rather small unmarked area. This is better suited for straight truck, delivery van, day cab. You go through the drive for Beacon trucking company; around the building to back of the lot... the end area in the last gated pen is Pace. Check in area is unmarked. I asked warehouse employees in open dock where I should be to deliver; they told me find a door and walk in the building... I entered the building and the same people told me to wait in my truck, somebody will come tell you what to do... after waiting the guy shuttling their own trailers in the daycab walks to my truck, studies my bills and tells me I can back in any end door...as he’s also directing little straight trucks around me back to the docks he told me to use. Very disorganized; I felt like someone was trying to collect extra insurance money by causing an issue in this tiny space."

"They have a new building now, take the entrance for beacon and turn left at the back of the building and go to the other end. They have a small section of the end of the building I parked overnight in the main parking lot and wasn't bothered. The guy I talked to on the phone said they start around 0530."

"Had 1st appt for the day. Going on 3rd hour and still haven't started unloading me yet. Hard 2 back in due to tiny parking lot. They say they're moving to larger facility but that's not doing me any good today. Costing me time with my children later tonight pisses me off."
