"Our delivery person (Brad) made an unexpected delivery much less of a headache by being flexible and accommodating. Instead of leaving 66 boxes of flooring outside our garage for us to move later, he was kind enough to stack these neatly inside the garage. His communication with me was wonderful throughout the entire process."

"All I wanted to do was ask that I be called prior to my residential delivery so I wouldn't have to be home waiting for the 4-hour window that was scheduled per their text and website. Only after having to trick their ridiculous automated answering system into getting me to speak to an actual person, was I told that the shipment was missing a piece and would not deliver today, and that *I* should call back next week to check on its status. Good thing I didn't take a half day off work to wait for a delivery that would never have come had I not spent a half hour on the phone trying to make a common request. The human I spoke with was friendly and helpful and would be a good face for the company *IF* it hadn't taken an act of congress to speak to her. We'll see how next week goes..."

"This has to be the worst trucking company out there. I have been rescheduled constantly over the last 2 weeks. Finally after multiple calls ( customer service rep was extremely nice) my delivery was 3 hours late with the box completely destroyed. Good learning lesson, if receiving a shipment, I will be sure to ask if pilot is delivering and immediately cancel if they are."

"I had a package with a scheduled delivery date of 1/19. Only to have it not show up at all or any response from pilot as to where it was for a week until I called asking about it. Tracking still showed the package was in another state until I called on 1/29. I scheduled another delivery appointment for 2/1. The package showed out for delivery and did not show up in the 3pm - 7pm window. I had to once again reschedule another appointment for 2/4 and finally got my package. For both the 2/1 and the 2/4 delivery appointments I was contacted asking if I was available at 9:30 and 10am and received little to no answers when stating that I was not available earlier in the day. The tracking info is useless. You have to personlly call and track down your package. And the delivery drivers for the La vergne, TN location are unprofessional and unapologetic.This is one company that should have died during the pandemic."

"Ordered an item through Lowe’s. I had no idea they would use this delivery service or I definitely would not have made my purchase. The tracking page was blank saying I was restricted from that info. After it didn’t come on the expected date Lowe’s gave me, I called customer service. I was given a date three days later. Here we are on the third date and no delivery. Customer service said they have no idea why but according to their info, the item has not moved in four days. Absolutely no reason for this!!"
