ABF Freight

"ABF Freight are good in customer service but they suck on pickup time and informing customers about their delay. I have used them about 6 times and they have been late or don't show to pickup on the requested date. They have the same driver doing delivery and pickup."

"Worked with ABF recently via UPACK for a cross country move. First class experience. Drivers who dropped off the trailer and then picked it up, could not have been any more friendly if they tried. Special shout out to Vic (pick up driver) Incredibly kind. Overall, if you are considering different options for an upcoming move, I highly recommend going through ABF."

"My delivery was delayed , that was no problem, but I asked to be called 1 hour ahead, they did and the gave me 4 min to get home then left. When I talked to them they just didn't care, acting like it was no problem. There were more issues, but general attitude of not caring and not one apology like it was my fault, pissed me off."

"Absolutely awful company. DO NOT USE THEM if you can help it. If your shipper did then I feel bad for you. Either they are incompetent or liars…maybe both. Drivers make excuses to not deliver on time. They never call the customer to say if a delivery will not make it on schedule and just leave you waiting all day. They told me if I wasn’t around at 8pm in December (when it’s dark at 4p) to receive an already days late delivery that they would charge a redelivery fee!! Absolutely ridiculous behavior all around. Shame on ABF FREIGHT"

From the time they delivered the truck, picked up the truck, drove it out of state and held it for us, and then delivered it to our new place; everything was seamless.
