"Extremely poor service. Bank employees are arbitrary, dismissive and uncaring. Managers are always "unavailable". Online customer service cannot/will not provide answers. Avoid this bank at all costs; you cannot trust them with your money. Report your experiences to the BBB, the TN Department of Financial Institutions and the FDIC."

"Only got a star because they have bi-lingual loan officers. That is their only saving grace. Communication is almost non-existent. May have to use again for clients in need of a bi-lingual loan officers but know to call 2x a day to keep them in check."
