"Absolutely useless company, they tried to delivere the package to the side door rather than the front door so we missed it, and no one will be home tomorrow to receive the package so we’re just shut out of luck and the poor customer service guy barley spoke English and had no idea what I was trying to explain. Completely abhorrent company. The website is twice as useless too."

"The service inside has always been quick and friendly, usually it's Amazon returns for me. Unfortunately the parking area is micro. Even if there is a spot to park it's often too hard to turn into it, you are always trying to out-race someone to the spot while you are afraid of scraping your car on another car which might either be parked or moving. So, visit during unpopular, low traffic times, and it’s good."

"I can’t believe the experience I’ve had here. I had a package that was lost. I was told by the seller that there was nothing they could do about it because they passed it off to ups. I had a confirmation code and they were able to do so much more than I imagined. They saw that they actually shipped the product, but it was lost in the recent tornados that affected middle Tennessee. They helped me get a replacement and I am happy to have a new tracking number!"
