"this is my favorite pet store to go to. it's very close to my home and they seem to care a lot more about their animals than most large pet stores do and the employees are very helpful and friendly. also love their selection of animals that they have as they don't have just basic animals and actually sometimes carry quite a few animals that are more out there or exotic from hedgehogs to chinchillas!"

"Terrible business model. Let’s send people coupons and ads that cannot be used locally except if you live in a specific area. No one responds to emails. Managers do nothing to help or resolve. Constantly out of food you use for your pets. Not sure how a small business like this can stay open, better off being safe with a major retailer like petsmart unfortunately…AVOID!"

"Had terrible customer service, about 4 employees all sitting at the registers not helping anyone. Also went to ask a simple question and got greeted by attitude and extreme rudeness. Other customers were also complaining since nobody was helping."

"Highly disappointed in this place. The environment these poor little frogs are being kept in is atrocious. The aquatics area was a mess. Ladder left out in the way, tank cleaning equipment strown about unattended for the entire time we were in the store. Small animal cages were filthy to the point it didn't look like they'd been cleaned in days. Meanwhile, all the employees were hanging out up front by the registers just talking with each other. No one even greeted us or asked if we needed help"
