"My issue with Eric Swainston was that he tends to over treat. I believe that the crown and other treatments was not entirely necessary. He was recommended by a friend so I had reasons to trust Swainston. But for a number of reasons, I highly suspect he puts profit above. If you do feel like he is suggesting too many services, pause and reconsider. And definitely get a second opinion. I don't usually give reviews but I wanted to highlight this, since dentists who put profit above should not really be in the business."

"I moved to Orange County a little over a year ago and had not seen a dentist since my move. For me, choosing the right dentist is very personal and important decision. Dr. Swainston was highly recommended by a friend and I can see why. Everybody at the office is very warm and welcoming. His hygienists are very professional, very informative and very good at what they do. You can tell they really care about your dental wellness. Clearly, this come from the top. Dr. Swainston is the best dentist I’ve seen and I’ve seen a lot, admittedly. He, too, is very informative, explaining everything he is doing along the way and what needs to be done in the future. I’ve never had a dentist give me an option of the type of crown I wanted. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Swainston."

"I've had the best experience with Dr. Swainston and his staff. The office is nice and clean, high tech, friendly staff, honest dentistry. It's refreshing coming to a dentist that doesn't push additional unnecessary procedures. They are easy going and thorough. I chipped my tooth and was worried insurance wouldn't cover it. I gave Dr. Swainston's staff my insurance then got my teeth cleaned and two chipped front teeth fixed. They got me in right away, just as I was hoping. I was happily surprised it was covered by my insurance. There were no hidden costs, they were totally upfront with me. Grateful to have found such a wonderful office and dentist. I HIGHLY recommend. You will be happy with this office, hands down best in Orange County."
