"Front desk is Unprofessional. I just moved to the area I Went here once last week and I will never go again. They never answer the phone and when they do they left me on hold for 25+ minutes. I hung up. They don’t even answer for their own customer service representatives. They quoted me $300+ for a deep clean and said my insurance only covers $1200 for ortho. I talked to my insurance which is a PPO and there never even submitted a predetermination to get these figures. Don’t go here"

"Wanted to drill into perfectly healthy teeth just so they could make money. Dentist never even looked in my mouth but instead it was the receptionist that told me that every tooth I have has a cavity. Really? So unprofessional. Total con artists. Went to another dentist and big surprise western dental was wrong."

"I just want to start by saying the dentist (specialist) we had today did a great job. He was friendly and professional and communicated well. He communicated that this was his first day at this location, but did a great job regardless. But that’s about where the good part of my review ends. From the get-go, it’s been completely frustrating. I originally made my first appointment for my son more than two months ago because he had been recommended by our regular dentist that he needed a baby root canal. We made the appointment under the pretense that they would be performing that on the day of our visit. After waiting about two hours- we were met by a female dentist that was very unprofessional. She was pretty rude and far from friendly to my son (7 yrs) and it almost felt like she was shaming him. She barely communicated anything to me (his mother) and at one point she just walked away. I was left very confused. She came back a while later and said we were going to do a cleaning and not the root canal. I had reminded her that’s not why we were there and it was only then that she said they couldn’t do the root canal. I would’ve been fine had I known that previously, but when we made the appointment for that, I was expecting we would have that taken care of. She almost seemed pissed when I said he had JUST had a cleaning a few weeks previous. So we spent about 3 hours there only to be told we needed to come back. So I made a new appointment with a woman at the front desk who was also very impersonal. I would ask a question and she would literally just walk away without any communication (even just a “hold on let me find out” would’ve worked) but twice she just abruptly walked away - it became quite confusing. I’ve worked in customer service for almost three decades, and I know how easy it is to just communicate. It’s not hard. So a few weeks later I begin getting texts saying we missed our appointment so of course I call to see what’s going on. Not only did we NOT miss our appointment, we weren’t even scheduled for an appointment. After I had confirmed with the lady at the desk. Twice. Time and date I repeated back to her. She never scheduled us. Sooo we had to wait another couple of weeks to get an appointment. Two days before our scheduled appointment we get a call saying they have to reschedule. A MONTH away. Mind you, we are scheduling for something that was fairly urgent. My kid was in pain and needed this done as soon as possible. But I went ahead and made the appointment. And then AGAIN, we got another call saying they had to reschedule us AGAIN. So we reluctantly and frustratingly complied once more. And then today we waited another hour 1/2 to be seen. While we were waiting we witnessed numerous patients coming in and complaining about the lack of professionalism. The front desk ladies were just plain rude. It was astonishing to be honest. Once we finally met with the specialist, I was told AGAIN that they couldn’t do the root canal because they didn’t have the right equipment. So you can imagine a mom’s frustration again. The dentist isn’t the easiest place to bring a 7yr old and I’ve also taken off work and pulled my son from his studies for the day. The dentist was able to thankfully take care of everything after all… But this whole experience has been quite frustrating. If possible, we hope to not ever have to use western dental ever again. The only reason we were going there in the first place is because they take our insurance for this procedure. But if we can help it, we will not be returning. The experience we have at our regular dentist is night and day compared to this place."

"This dentist office is very unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, and shows no capability of concern. I would advise never going to this dentist office. I scheduled an appointment online for 4:45 and I had to call them to confirm my appointment at the time of call the front desk rep told me that they are not open that late if that’s the case don’t allow customers to book it online. So I rescheduled for today at 9 am when I go in I am told that my insurance is unable to be verified when I called my insurance company my insurance is fine. The front desk representative is very rude!!! I saw another customer experiencing the same issue. I will not be going back to this office!!! I don’t ever want to experience this level of discomfort again in my life."

"In early December, I decided to schedule a general cleaning with this office. I had mentioned that I am a new patient and have provided my information accordingly. My appointment was scheduled for 2-3 weeks out on that call. On the day of the appointment, when I showed up to the office, the front desk representative told me that their office tried to contact me the day before to confirm my insurance information. There was no call history or voice-mail to show proof that their office had called me. All the front desk rep had done was confirm my phone number was correct and doubled down on the fact that I was called to confirm my information. Because my insurance was not confirmed, I could not be seen. The couldn't take me on the day of my appointment because their insurance confirmation representative was not available on the day of my appointment. It's such a shame that they decided to confirm my insurance the day before my appointment and not literally weeks before I had scheduled it. It's even worse that they have stated they contacted me and there is no evidence on my phone to show. I still ended up getting text messages for my appointment regularly and even the text messaged that I MISSED my appointment, even though I was in the office getting denied. Not a good experience for a first time patient, but if I have to go through several issues that I can't even detect on my end, I will take my business elsewhere. I appreciate the kindness of the representative at your office, but this situation has become way too problematic before I had even been seen."
