B. Stephens Dudley, M.D.

"I brought my mother to the practice to see Dr Dudley for a second opinion for treatment options. Her appt was at 2 pm. We arrived at 1:45 pm and completed all paperwork. We made sure all records were sent before the appt. We sat in a completely full waiting from for an hour and 40 mins. We chatted with some other patients. One lady said she was also there to see the same provider and her appt was at 12:30 pm. She was very upset. When I spoke to the receptionist about the wait time I was told there was no nurse or MA today for his side of the office. When we told them we were going to have to leave the receptionist quickly told the lady above mentioned to go on back and that they were cleaning a room for us. I asked what the wait time in the room would be. She shrugged her shoulders. We were very disappointed as we were told Dr Dudley comes highly recommended but I guess we won’t be able to find that out for sure. It was a complete waste of our afternoon. My mother is very sick and it took a great deal of energy for her to go and sit waiting for that length of time."
