"I have had the best experience at the Bone and Joint Institute of Franklin. From Dr. Byram, Kristen Freeman and the rest of the staff, the Imaging Center, Surgery Center and Jeff Gandy and Staff at the OT Therapy Center. I had complete shoulder replacement surgery and my experience has been nothing short of amazing from everyone that has been involved with my care. I would definitely recommend Dr. Byram if you are in need of shoulder care, but also just the center in general. It is nice to have everything all in one place. Thank you all for taking such good care of me!"

"I had a great experience with one of there orthopedic doctors a few months ago. Unfortunately required a spinal fusion a few months later. Has been a miserable experience. The hospital they use does not have a team of specialists that help with pain for people with extensive surgery history. They do all there pain by numbers from a book best I can guess. Horrible experience. The better hospitals around have teams for this. I would highly recommend if you have an extensive surgery to go somewhere else . I came here as a veteran for better treatment but honestly it was worse. Now I'm stuck with a new spinal fusion and having to find a new doctor willing to take over my treatment. Still in hospital as writing this review. Don't make this mistake hopefully they will improve i did my part and reported to the Tennessee State and recorded my conversations with doctors hopefully they will improve over time. Probably gonna take someone else buying it tho. Good luv"

"Since turning 65, I have had the opportunity to visit this facility many times. I have had interaction with six different physicians for various conditions and I could not be happier with my experience. First of all, when you call for an appointment, I have been able to schedule almost immediately and sometimes even the same day. Upon arrival to the office, everyone is so warm and welcoming and everything runs like clockwork. Once your vitals have been taken, if x-rays are required, they are done in house right away. Their equipment is state of the art and digital x-rays are in your patient room awaiting the arrival of your doctor. Once the doctor has diagnosed the issue, care can be given immediately if a cortisone injection is required. On every visit to this office, my health issues have been diagnosed and treated with the best of care. I would so encourage you to put your health needs in their care so you could have the same care and improvement as I have had. The Bone and Joint facility is top notch and I have to give them a perfect 10! Best care ever!"

Jared Vaughn quickly diagnosed my situation, provided a plan of care, and follow-up. I left feeling completely confident with the care I received. I Highly Recommend *Bone & Joint Institute* to any of my friends, neighbors or family! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my orthopedic treatment."
