Pizza Hut 10365 Laurel Canyon Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 91331

"Have been ordering at this pizza hutt for a very long time. Lately they have been messing up my double cheese and double pepperoni pizza by not putting the double of cheese or pepperoni. Called to get a refund or a fix. The manager "Sonia" had a disgusting attitude about how I've done it before. I told her well you guys have messed up before too. She was willing to only refund one pizza which was unacceptable as both pizzas were wrong. So luckily I called the corporate office and they agreed with me and gave me both pizzas for free. If you get a mistake on your order and Sonia is the manager I recommend calling corporate. She also argued that no one was above her at the store which I find hard to believe."

"The driver who brought our pizza was fast and efficient. Very well versed in customer service and friendly. The driver definitely went the extra mile to ensure our pizza was delivered to us on time and followed the instructions given to be able and deliver our food in a quickly manner. Definitely shows how much heart and soul she puts in her job. Top notch A++ experience will be ordering again."
