"Purchased a Hot Tub from the Bowling Green location but the La Vergne location installed it. Installation was less than 1 week after purchase. (5 day including weekend). Installation crew was great, quick, didn't tear up my grass, or concrete! I had a problem with the spa (maybe not installed correctly, not sure) about 5-6 days after the installation and they came out here, same day, on a Saturday to fix it! That's good stuff! My only "issue," if you can call it that, is they gave us some stuff for cleaning the spa to decrease the use of Chlorine. A Frog Ease floating mineral sort of product. They gave us a floating part... but they did not give us the mineral/chemical part, they don't carry those parts, and neither does amazon... So, I am confused as to why they gave it to us but that's not really an issue. Just a peculiarity."

"Top of the line customer service. GM Daniel came out himself to look at an issue I was having and was able to fix it himself. Issue is was actually due to the breaker, and he fixed it even though the hot tub was not faulty. Salesperson Josh H was great too. Highly recommend."

"I found 2 cracks in my liner today. It’s only almost 7 years old. Although my contract says Lifetime Guarantee, I was told it does not cover cracks and I was surprised to hear that. Regardless, it has to be repaired and can be patched. Heather from LaVergne helped me and she was great - very helpful and pleasant over the phone!"
