"Horrible customer service experience! 1st issue: After speaking with individual on the phone, they failed to inform me they only accept 2 forms of payment (cash or check). I was paying over the phone, so none of those options were available to me, as I normally pay with a debit or credit card with other mobile mechanics throughout the United States. If I had been informed of this unusual rule, I would have called another mechanic. 2nd issue: They charged me for 4 hours of labor when the job only took 2 hours to complete. I have the call logs, text messages, and invoice to confirm this. When questioning the invoice, the same person I spoke to earlier, that failed to inform me about the payment options, told me they had two mechanics come so they charged double the labor. The crazy thing is, they never called me and gave me notice of this beforehand or asked for approval for this to happen. Again, if that was the case I would have called another mechanic. 3rd issue: We had to call police once the job and payment was complete because the mechanics held the repaired truck hostage. I had already cashapp the mechanics the money, and they even recieved confirmation that they had recieved it, but refused to let us got for 2 hours because the mechanic (owner of the company) did not know how to work the app to deposit the funds into his personal bank account. Once the police officer showed up, the officer had to walk him through it (completely wasting the officers time) within 15 seconds."
