"Truck number 376 driving on 231 between Montgomery al and Dothan al was the most dangerous driver I’ve ever seen 1 he was speeding almost all the time 2 tailgating every vehicle he came up to including me in Troy Alabama he was tailgating me and at a red light switched lanes at red light almost hit me and ran the red light very bad vehicles had to stop in the middle of the intersection to keep from hitting him, where’s a cop when you need one. This person doesn’t belong in a big truck someone will be killed be this driver eventually. Do something about this now"

"Dangerous driver yesterday approximately 1430. The driver of the truck with plate TN U992939 was tailgating us WAY to closely and then when he passed us if we had not braked he would have hit our car and spun us out of control to certain death. Tried to hook front of our car with underride at end if his truck. He is now tailgating someone else way too closely. I doubt this if the first complaint about this driver. I have photo of back of truck and tag if needed. This all occurred on I75 in GA near exit 121. Also have DOT amd VIN. None of your "contact us" pages work on websites."

"Terrible customer service. I definitely do not feel like I am experiencing driver success. I feel like I am being left in the dark. I have been trying to get JNJ Express to pick up a load all week to go to Wal-Mart. Constantly ignoring phone calls, I have been given the run around all day. JNJ will not be picking up any of our loads in the future. There are many many other carriers that give us results. JNJ Express is not a company about results. If you can't pick the load up DON'T ACCEPT IT."
