"I wish I could rate Non-Stop-Delivery directly. They are a division of Hub Group though. NSD has been a nightmare to work with. They couldn’t coordinate transportation of a $7,000 glass patio door for multiple week, lost the item in there system for a while, finally got another carrier to bring it to the final destination terminal so they could make final delivery, list it in their warehouse, and blamed the other freight company for losing it even though they had a POD with signature accepting the item. To top things off, they finally made delivery today but dropped all three panels offloading it. I wish I could share the video. The drivers drop them about 5’ and they land flat on their faces. But they proceed to pick them up broken and leave them “delivered” without contacting anyone. They proceeded to sweep the glass from their truck onto the driveway. That’s just terrible service!!!"

"When I worked there they had great benefits and a lot of work. The office personnel could interact with the driver's and 95% of the time the atmosphere was calm and laid back."

"Rude azz recruiters. Not my fault you decided to be a recruiter and don't make any $$$. Get out here and get a REAL job so you're paid fairly. As a driver with a clean mvr and 0 accidents I REFUSE to work for anything less than $1500 a week. Know your worth and stop settling for less!!!"

"Is the who know you that they hire in the administration. I don't know about other Hub Group terminal, but you can call the Memphis terminal, Don Field's project. If this guy doesn't like you, he will figure out a way to get rid of you. Don field create a hostile environment for drivers. Yes it might seem like a good company to work for, until you start dealing with Don Field. Not just Donfield, but his buddy Rick Billy in Nashville and Ron Buttler in the Memphis shop, Prejudice, racist. In my many years of trucking. I have never seem a hostile attitude against drivers. If you choose to work for Hub Group Memphis, watch out for Don Field and always have a backup plan. one foot in one foot out. Now a days you better off being a owner operator/ own authority than being a company. That way, you don't have deal with rubbish from those country boys"
