"The driver was polite and the receptionist was polite on the phone. My original medical vendor (Braxtor) brings my medical supplies in because I can’t lift anything over 15lbs . I’m giving them one star because they are not allowed to bring your items in your house. This is very inconvenient and harmful for disabled people. I’m writing this review for people whom share the same circumstances as I. Try to switch from this company and find a company who drivers that allowed to place your shipment is a stable place . I had to pay a neighbor to help me move my 38 boxes that weight at least 25lbs . I’m not saying the company is bad but the policy is not for every one who needs help ."
