"MY EXPERIENCE WITH TENNEESEE CARRIER WAS TERRIBLE!! I ACCIDENTALLY LEFT MY KEYS IN THE UBER DRIVER S CAR AND HE REFUSED TO RETURN THEM!? IT TOOK ME CALLING THE POLICE, CEO, THE POLICE, UBER SUPPORT, TO GET A LOT OF DIFFERENT STORIES ON WHY THE UBER DRIVER THEY 'SENT" TO TO TAKE ME TO MY APPOINTMENT COULDN'T BE FOUND? AS IF HE NO LONGER EXITS!? IT TOOK A POLICE DETECTIVE TO GET MY KEYS,?? I HAD TO GET MY CAR, HOUSE, KEYS CHANGED, WHICH WASN'T CHEAP!! I DON'T THINK "IN MY OPINION" THAT THEY CARE WHOLE LOT ABOUT WHO THEY SEND TO PICK UP PATRONS!!??"

"Haven't used this service but I actually could use a medical driving service to be honest. I just read the reviews and I sure hope the person they meant to call at 7:55am this morning actually got their call and the ride to their medical appointment because this was just a Google look up from a missed call with no voicemail. Appalling reviews and yes I realize the greater majority only review if it is bad but a lot of us review positively on good service and what I read here was beyond concerning. Here is hoping the intended person got to their appointment today because it wasn't for me! Update: Medical Transportation please stop calling my number and perhaps think of double checking the numbers you have prior to the appointment date. I can't even begin to imagine what your customers are dealing with. I received the 3rd call from you at 6:46 am on 5-26-23. I am not a customer of your services. I truly feel sorry for those that are. Number blocked, review updated."

"My experience with medic Memphis is the employees working for this provider they have poor customer service and the managers they are worse with having to solve a driver issue with a patient. This provider is gave me problems with picking me up im in a wheelchair and my toddler has his own carseat that i provided with us as soon as my driver pull up for pick up they refuse our pick up they had intentions on leaving us and not taking us home. I dislike this provider worst and worst i would not let my pets ride to their appointment. bad business needs to shut down seriously i mean seriously"

"If you care anything about your elderly love ones do not let them use this transportation service. My mother is 84 yo and in a wheelchair due to a stroke. She was dropped off yesterday for her doctor appointment for dizziness. Her appointment was complete around 4pm. She called the transportation service to pick her up and they told her that the driver had already been there to pick her up and she did not answer so he left after waiting 5 minutes. They had the nerve to tell my mother that it would be 4 hours before they could pick her up. This was around 6pm so her transportation would not pick her up until 10pm outside the building in the 95 degree with no food or water. When she called me I was furious and so was she. She was crying and hot not knowing how she would get home. At that time, I was on my way to sit with her in the car until they came because I had no way to get her wheelchair home. I called Medic Transportation numerous times --- hung up on 2 twice ---- yelled at---given the wrong # to call for TN Carrier. The staff is so unprofessional and lack compassion for the elderly. After speaking to several representative they finally had some one pick my mother up at 7pm. I just don’t understand how this company can stay in business with this type of service. I hope they are investigated for elderly abuse and maybe they will feel some compassion for the elderly."
