"Outstanding young men. Had a bike emergency (fell off the carrier on the freeway). Other shop was not helpful. Green Fleet fixed asap and at a fair price. I live in Arizona and would order a bike from the Bike,Piano and Cat dudes! Loved that place!"
"So I came into Green Fleet Bikes in need of a bike disassembly and box it. Normally I can do this no problem but I had a broken foot. So I asked them, they said it would be $100 (By the way too much but whatever) so I said okay. Only thing is I told them to not disassemble and take off my basket on the rear on my bike. As it's annoying putting that thing on and also taking off and I don't want them potentially damaging it like the last bike shop I went to did. So when the promised day comes to pick up my bicycle I asked the question did you take off my basket? They did. And their reasoning was it couldn't fit in the box unless they did, which was not true when I finally arrived home I reassemble my more damaged basket onto my bicycle and repackaged my bicycle with the BASKET attached and everything else into the box perfectly to prove them wrong. I didn't have to stuff any parts, nor was anything bulging and making the box stick out. Nor any bumps sticking out it closed perfectly and closed completely right. Green Fleet Bikes refused to acknowledge their mistake and compensate me for my damaged basket. Never go here for a bike disassembly who knows what else they do wrong here just ask them for a bike box and disassemble it yourself and go on about your day. Photos are of me having put my bicycle inside myself with basket attached inside the box. Thanks again Green Fleet Bikes."
"Purchased Large Specialized Roll 3.0 low entry. Awesome bike, I love it. A pleasure to ride. Great staff, very helpful. Now I have to go back and get some "stuff" to make my new bike even cooler..."
"Cruiser bikes, kept in great condition, were just the right kind of comfortable for a tour of Nashville. Austin & Austin escorted us around safely, helping where needed for seats and handle bars to be adjusted. Beautiful day, great start for a visit with plenty of walking to follow. Cycling is one of the best ways to familiarize yourself with a place."
"Our guide Austin was fun, knowledgeable, and very helpful showing us the hidden places and stories of Nashville. We loved our day with Green Fleet bikes."
