"AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! This was my mother's Oncologist. Several weeks of my mother complaining to Dr. Reed of her being tired and can't walk, he finally had a bone marrow biopsy performed on my mother and the diagnosis was Myelodyplastic Syndrome, told her he'll follow up with another biopsy in 6months. In the meantime he'll be vacationing for the entire month of October. When she told me this I was dumbfounded as even I knew she needed to have a stem cell transplant. Weeks went by and her just had her go to the clinic biweekly for injection. September came, I convinced her to come to Texas. For 3weeks straight I fought with Dr. Reed's clinic to transfer my mother's records to Texas. In Texas, the oncologist told my mother "do not go back to that doctor." He immediately did more blood work and found that she no longer had Myelodyplastic Syndrome, which she was diagnosed at the end of August, in that short time it quickly changed to early stages of Luekemia. Had she not listened to me, or her general practioner telling my mom that I was right that she needed a bone marrow transplant and waited 6months like Dr. reed recommended, it would be too late. She is now in Texas receive the best treatment. EFF- U Dr. Reed and you unorganized clinic."
