"CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. The front desk lady is RUDE and nonchalant! i have been trying to get an iud removed and they keep cancelling my appointments. I had an appointment scheduled and they cancelled it without even calling me or notifying me. I DO NOT recommend. They used to be great but now they are horrible!"

"At first I really had love Moga before I got pregnant. They treated me really well when I had the cyst on my ovaries. Now that I’m pregnant I haven’t had a doctor appointment since December 12 . I was 34 weeks pregnant. I’ve been calling asking them when was my next appointment because I’m so far along . All they could say was well Ms smith you just don’t have one . Which was crazy because Dr. Kumar has not seen me in 6 weeks . Nobody was willing to see me until yesterday . Finally had an appointment Dr. Kumar asked me why I haven’t been seen I told him because, I’ve been calling them and they just brush me off . His response was well it’s too late now can’t change nothing but future reference I am not the only doctor you can see … I was appalled because this is my first child I’m clueless being a new mom . With the proper respect I would expect accountability on Moga and an apology for what happen . But the response I had received made me feel like It was my fault I didn’t make an appointment. I shouldn’t be the one calling for an appointment . The staffing there should be doing their job . I was so upset yesterday . If I could switch OBGYN I would . It’s sad to say you have to be your own advocate when It comes to your health . Moga is pretty on the outside but the energy is ugly on the inside ."

Manejwala's clinic for a regular check-up and to address concerns about my long and irregular periods. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and left me feeling neglected and taken advantage of. Firstly, the wait time was unacceptable. I waited for a staggering 30 to 45 minutes before being seen by Dr. Manejwala. This lack of punctuality is disrespectful to patients who have taken time out of their day to seek medical assistance. When Dr. Manejwala finally arrived, our interaction was shockingly brief. In just five minutes, he asked me about my symptoms and promptly declared that everything was normal without conducting any examinations or tests. This lack of thoroughness and willingness to dismiss my concerns without proper investigation was deeply concerning. To make matters worse, I was charged almost $300 for this rushed and unhelpful encounter. It became evident that Dr. Manejwala's approach to patient care was driven more by financial gain than genuine concern for my well-being. It was disheartening to realize that my insurance coverage seemed to be the sole motivation behind his proposed tests and procedures. During my second visit, the situation repeated itself. Dr. Manejwala insisted on scheduling three additional tests, even though he admitted they were not necessary since I appeared healthy. When I questioned the purpose of these tests and expressed my reservations, he dismissively replied that he wanted to do them "just because." This lack of transparency and disregard for my consent was deeply troubling. To my dismay, I recently received yet another bill for $20, as Dr. Manejwala had scheduled the additional tests without my permission. This blatant disregard for my autonomy further solidified my belief that the clinic's primary concern was extracting money from patients rather than prioritizing their health. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with Dr. Fazal M. Manejwala's clinic. And the whole Moga care. The lack of respect for patients' time, the dismissive attitude towards concerns, and the blatant focus on monetary gain rather than patient well-being are deeply troubling. I cannot recommend this clinic to anyone seeking comprehensive and compassionate healthcare. I sincerely hope that future patients are spared from such a disappointing experience and that the clinic reevaluates its priorities to prioritize the health and well-being of its patients over financial gain."

"Worst doctors ever. Took a month to schedule an appointment and the day of the appointment they call me to tell me my appointment was canceled. Worst service, incompetant nurses and scheduling team. I do not recommend!"

"I would not ever recommend using moga, especially moga desoto. The women are rude, it’s impossible to get timely rescheduled appointments, and my anatomy scan was rushed and awful. I’m so glad I was able to do another one somewhere else that took the time to let me see my baby. They have ridiculous policies and I genuinely believe they do not have your best interests in mind at all. You are just $ to them."
