"They are very informative & spend a lot of time with you asking questions about your problem. I didn’t have to wait more than 10 minutes to go back. When I went the 2nd time for the shots it was a good experience & wait time was maybe 20 minutes. They gave the option of a Xanax or an IV. Neither puts you to sleep just relaxes you. The dr was awesome. I opted for the Xanax but honestly it did not hurt. I would recommend them to anyone suffering with pain!"

I really like Stephanie Cagle NP, she is empathic to the individual person, she is easy to talk to, I had a 1st set of injections recently, I opted for sedation. I was not made to feel like I was being a baby by wanting the sedation. My procedure went off without a problem."

"Everyone was very polite. I saw Nurse C. Egbert who was kind and ordered testing.  I believe new patients are frustrated because they do not give medications on your first visit and it will take months before your second visit; however, state and federal laws require them to do testing and other treatments before medicating you. Patients feel as though they're treated like drug addicts and doctors and nurses feel like they're treated like drug dealers even though more than 95% of Americans on either side are law abiding people. The criminals have made things the way they are so we can blame them. I gave them four stars because my appointment was at 8:15 but I wasn't seen by the nurse until 9:40. Other than that,  I have no complaints."
